All Lines Technology is seeking a Help Desk Technician who is knowledgeable with Windows operating systems. You will be providing technical support, assisting end-users with hardware/software, and imaging Windows laptops. You will also need to have knowledge of different Windows applications such as Google Docs/Drive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support: Assist end-users with hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Diagnose and fix technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Install and configure systems: Set up new hardware and software, ensuring proper functionality and user training.
- Maintaining and servicing hundreds of students and staff school issued devices, both Windows and Apple.
- Remotely working with faculty and students to resolve device issues.
- Installed and configured SMART boards.
- Connecting devices to Azure and monitoring applications installed on school issued devices.
- Overseeing imaging processes and maintaining up-to-date images.
- Hardware replacements including motherboards, LED displays, batteries, and hard drives.
Experience:
- AS/BS degree in Information Management or related field
- Windows operating system, specifically, Windows 10
- OS X and iOS knowledge is a plus
- Imaging Windows laptops using Microsoft Deployment Tools
- Manual software installs
- Knowledge of Windows applications such as Google Docs/Drive
