The role will be responsible for supporting the development and deployment of enhancements to the various IT platforms the compliance organization uses to support the management of our compliance obligations, related to the delivery of product to customers. (Compliance support)
This will include engagement with various business stakeholders within and outside compliance, to improve how we meet the complex requirements of the Class II compliance support process.
What You'll Do- Provide project and technical insight as the initial point of contact for technology systems, supporting compliance operations.
- Develop and execute test cases for planned enhancements to compliance support functionality.
- Manage and address queries from compliance teams and other users interacting with compliance systems.
- Support software engineering activities, including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and debugging.
- Develop metrics for process measurement and contribute to data processing in Signavio.
- Assist in release management by testing and closing stories within specified timelines.
- Participate in and/or lead workshops to support project objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business, attending meetings and presenting solutions.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in solving process and technical issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and enterprise-class software products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and delivering software solutions.
- Ability to present and communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
