Must Have Experience Required for HCL Tech Opportunity:
- Delivery Lead (Hands on) that can run Development Programs, Projects, Transformation
- Must have experience in healthcare domain, preferably the Payer value chain
- Must have Client facing skills with CIO, CXO, Leadership to maintain relationships, build relationships, strategize, executing with client
- Ideally someone from a Healthcare / Life science background (Would take someone with a good Delivery Lead background (Hands on) that has experience running Development Programs, projects and Transformation
- Experience Executing large Programs
- Experience working with the strategic programs for client involving technologies in Java stack / Cloud based / Data
- Experience with Cloud migration / modernization
- Experience on moving workloads to cloud / modernization
- Experience in handling P&L – understand and execute to targets
- Experience in working through the contracts, understanding of deal terms, negotiations on key deal parameters
- Working with the second-in-line leads and peers to navigate the situations, handling people aspirations etc.,
Overview:
HCL Tech is looking for a Senior Delivery Leader for a strategic portfolio. The ideal candidate must have experience in managing a team size of 200 or 300 up to 1000+ in the healthcare domain, preferably the Payer value chain.
