The Project Manager - Implementation manages all aspects of assigned client implementation projects from inception to conclusion. Create and execute back-end revenue cycle implementation project plans – consisting of billing, collections, insurance follow up, cash posting, bad debt/charity write-offs and denials management.

- Provide skilled technical and project management leadership and advice to functional department leaders and personnel
- Communicate with groups of stakeholders, managers, and clients in a professional and timely fashion
- Measure project performance using PMI best standard practices
- Assist in executing departmental plans, goals, objectives
- Show willingness to work on a variety of project types using multiple project methodologies
Competencies
- Working knowledge of Predictive and Adaptive Project Management Process
- Mastery of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Communication Proficiency/Problem Solving/Analysis
Required Education and Experience
- 5 years of backend revenue cycle management experience
- 3 years of project management experience
- 2 years’ experience managing teams consisting of 5-10 members
- Proven experience presenting and managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
Preferred Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required based on relevant work experience
- Healthcare Implementation experience
- PMP Certification or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of PM Software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, etc.
