- Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision
- Previous supervisory experience needed
- Bachelor s Degree in Medical Technology or Business Administration is a plus!
