Your Role:
You will be the backend integration Mulesoft Developer to support our implementation of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) The back-end integration MuleSoft Developer will help design and build integrations using MuleSoft AnyPoint Studio. The Developer must be capable of understanding business requirements, working with Business/Technology leaders, Enterprise Architects, and End Users to develop a proposed solution. The right person will have extensive experience with MuleSoft integration and configuration to help spearhead the new platform in a government environment. You will be a key player in building out the environment for MuleSoft throughout the enterprise.
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Adopt and apply software engineering concepts and processes to software development
- Provide input to designs and technical specifications
- Develop user interfaces and application programs using the technical specifications and design documents provided
- Tests, debugs and maintains code according to the technical specifications
- Provide knowledge transfer to less experienced staff
- Assist in creating, refining, and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables such as process flows and test cases to meet development and stakeholder needs
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (i.e., daily standup, sprint planning, retrospective, & demos)
- Improve the reliability and utilization of systems and applications
- Monitor software configuration changes to anticipate and address the impact of data reliability and customer satisfaction issues
- Coordinate sustaining support for application platforms and business processes
- Demonstrate leadership skills in services development, services adoption, and service governance
- Proactively address potential system issues to meet or exceed established timelines and delivers service within budget constraints and seeks ways to reduce application-related costs
Your Knowledge and Experience:
- Be a technical expert in build / development cycles of Salesforce Industries and Cloud solutions needed to support Blue Shield's growth and financial goals
- As a technical resource responsible for establishing trusted relationships with business partners, internal IT organizations, other IT portfolio leaders, and Vendor partners
- Effectively communicate approach, value, risk, alternatives, and status of goal progress with executive & senior management, business sponsors, and product managers
- Be experienced with relevant software development tools, industry protocols, troubleshooting & support procedures, monitoring & quality controls, and communication/documentation software
- Be self-directed, work with limited management direction and exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment
- Apply significant knowledge of IT and healthcare industry trends
- Requires 7+ years of hands-on design, coding, integration, and deployment experience in Cloud based applications, with strong knowledge of Salesforce applications
- 4+ years Experience with MuleSoft development and design best practice
- Certified MuleSoft Developer (Preferred)
- Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft API integrations and be familiar with commonly used MuleSoft connectors.
- Strong technical acumen & working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Salesforce using Apex (classes and triggers), Process Builder, Flows, Visual Force pages Aura & Lightning Web Components, and other platform features.
- Utilize Salesforce APIs REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming, etc.) to seamlessly integrate with other organizational systems. Experience with html, java script, Salesforce Lightning/Newport Design System, SOQL, SOSL & custom styling
- Extensive experience with DevOps processes to efficiently design, develop, test, secure, deploy, maintain, and support the Platform.
- Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer and Vlocity Studio certification is preferred
- Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create, translate, and execute technical deliverables
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The pay range for this role is: $ 118800.00 to $ 178200.00 for California.
