These individuals will be focused on 3 pillars of Secure Network Service team:
- ITIL ( ITIL, which stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library, is a set of best practices for IT service management (ITSM)
- Change Mgt
- Major incidents
The WHY:
- Increased volume of change and updates in the SNS team.
- Quality Control via change mgt. Product team continues to change, implement and update and the need to ensure safeguards are in place- put yourself in the customer view
- Reviewing changes and staying ahead of the records, avoiding or mitigating incidents before they happe
Responsibilities:
- perform analysis, review data files, create reporting and support Change Management and Service Reliability functions for the organization.
- need to have the ability to create documentation, processes, and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed.
- Regulation reporting and data collection; write and document change along with data analysis
- Qualifications: 4+ years Implementation or Strategic Planning experience; Analysis and Evaluation 2 - 4 Years
- (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Office Products)
- 2 - 4 Years Desired: Prior experience with support of Change Management/Major Incident/Problem management is required. Change Management 2 - 4 Years Incident Management 2 - 4 Years, ITIL 2 - 4 Years , Knowledge Microsoft Office Products.
- ServiceNow experience in those disciplines is a plus.
- Network Security 1 - 2 Years Networking 1 - 2 Years- key to ramp up in role
- ServiceNow 2 - 4 Years- key to ramp up in role
