About the Role:
As an Instructional Design Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative learning solutions that drive results. Your expertise will help our clients navigate the complex world of training and development, especially within the utility industry. In addition to designing and developing training for system users, you will also participate in change management, process design and system testing activities.

- Advanced skills in training design, development, and delivery, with a track record of creating and presenting a range of training and documentation materials.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with both small- and large-scale project teams, including effective client relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for adapting to changing priorities, managing multiple tasks, and making informed decisions based on data and goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong oral and written communication, leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence and guide teams and clients across various organizational levels.

At Mosaic, we are invested in our people and are proud to offer a competitive total compensation package. The compensation range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making hiring and compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to candidate skill set, consulting experience, training and education, competencies, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Mosaic strives to set salaries at, or near the 50th percentile (midpoint) of the range and it is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range for the position. A reasonable estimate for this position is $105,000.00 to $145,000.00. This position is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program of up to 6% of annual compensation. The bonus program is dependent on a variety of factors including organizational and individual performance.
