Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting tours to VIPs, special groups.
- Assisting visitors, answering questions.
- Helping staff.
- Opening/closing procedures, turning exhibits on/off.
- This position is with the Corporate Communications team and they’re looking for three Museum Docents to support their Client Experience Center/ Client Museum at the Client HQ.
- Candidates will be responsible working at Client’s Location, welcoming the visitors, assisting them, answering any questions, etc.
- Manager is looking for candidates that are enthusiastic, friendly, welcoming, flexible, good team player, should have neat appearance at Office etc.
- The facility is spread across 44,000 sq. ft. and the candidates will be spending most of their time walking around and assisting the visitors.
- During some special events, the candidates should be comfortable to work a little over the shift time to help around but they’d still be working around 40 hours every week.
- Manager is good to see candidates that are fresh college graduates or interns IF they haven’t taken any full time roles.

It’s our mission to share with team members and visitors the many great stories that have shaped Client into one of the largest automakers in the world. This role will help guests understand in an engaging, informing and entertaining way all about Client’s past, present and future.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- A part-time docent to assist visitors and staff at the Client Experience Center (Client museum at HQ).

- Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must be comfortable speaking to small and large groups of people.

- Automotive experience, car enthusiast.
- Languages –Japanese, American Sign Language.
