Are you a seasoned construction professional with a strong background in municipal and utility projects?
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our clients' field team and contribute to the successful execution of projects. Under the guidance of the General Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily job site operations and ensuring project goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations, including safety inspections, training, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, implement process improvements, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address challenges, resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct quality control inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience with at least 3 completed municipal and utility projects.
- Proven track record in water and wastewater treatment plant construction.
- Strong proficiency in construction and scheduling software.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
