We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Business Systems Analyst with a passion for content creation. This role will involve analyzing and documenting business systems, creating interactive training materials, and supporting the implementation of new systems.
Responsibilities
- Business Systems Analysis:
- Analyze and document existing business systems, processes, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand system requirements and functionalities.
- Assess the impact of system changes on business operations.
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and informative training materials, including videos, interactive tutorials, and documentation.
- Utilize creative storytelling techniques to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ensure that content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
- System Implementation:
- Assist with the implementation of new systems and upgrades.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical assistance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., video editing software, authoring tools).
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation.
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management systems is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred.
