Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform asset criticality assessment to identify assets need to be reviewed for Risk Based Inspection
2. Good understanding of refinery processes to implement Risk-based Inspection Strategy
3. Should have expert-level knowledge of Risk Assessment, Risk Ranking and Inspection Planning
4. Well convergent with different Integrity data management systems like PCMS, Meridium, Capestone, Visions, UltraPIPE
5. Responsible for achieving acceptable scores in the QAQC review process
6. Responsible for all RBI configuration and data load activities \ results in PCMS
7. Actively participate and drive data gathering and data mining efforts to ensure data accuracy and thoroughness
8. Pre-review all deliverables to ensure RBI processes and principles are applied to client standards and best practices
9. Guide other team members to ensure RBI configuration is considered in all efforts
10. Facilitate Corrosion Review, Risk Review, and Inspection Planning Review sessions
11. Responsible for collecting and closing any gaps in the work process pertaining to mechanical, process and inspection history data collection
12. Responsible for defining and setting consequence areas that will be used in the calculations (inventory grouping)
13. Responsible for conducting the risk analysis and making sure the results are practical and accurate
14. Mentoring Site personal throughout the implementation regarding the RBI Methodology
Required Qualifications:
1. Engineering degree or a high school diploma/GED in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 16-20 years of experience employed by owner-operator company as an RBI engineer in a refinery or chemical plant.
