Job Title: Technology Program Manager
Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Required Pay Scale: $80 - 90/hr W2

This role will be supporting the Personal Finance project portfolio. Looking for a technology program manager level with portfolio management experience to lead/coordinate the Personal Finance project portfolio. The PM needs to be highly engaged in the work to establish relationships and align with the KPF business, KTD Product and other KTD stakeholders to develop project roadmap, remove barriers and think out of the box to drive alignment and delivery efficiencies within the overall program. In addition, this resource will be expected to be hands on to fill project management gaps. This resource will work with two other KPF contractor project managers on the overall KTD portfolio delivery and serve as an issue escalation point.
Must Haves
- 5-7 years Project/Program Management Experience within financial projects
- Self-starter with ‘learn and apply’ attitude in an intense, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with leading stakeholder groups, including technical, product, business and vendor teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, documentation skills.
Desired Skills
- 3rd-party vendor management experience a plus.
