Pay Range: $80 - $83/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product management and design teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js - Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability -
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders - Develop and maintain microservices architecture for the back end
- Design, develop, and deploy back-end services and APIs - Work with the infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure the scalability and reliability of the backend services
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high standard of code quality
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Top Skills; React.JS/Redux, Microservices Architecture/Restful API, Node.JS, Python and CI/CD Pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React.js
- Experience with popular React.js workflows and state management libraries (such as Redux, MobX, Flux)
- Experience with microservices architecture and building scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, or other relevant technologies
- Experience with server-side frameworks such as Express.js, Flask, or similar - good understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs - Experience with version control systems such as Git - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take on new challenges
