Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Sr. Director, Human Resources will work closely with the organization to drive and deliver HR strategies and solutions that support our corporate goals. In this role, the Sr. Director, Human Resources will be responsible for a wide range of initiatives including talent management, employee retention and engagement, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain trust and credibility throughout the organization, be committed to fostering a patient-centric culture, can partner effectively across all levels, and can adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based in our Lexington office. Our office-based employees follow a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office, and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Provides leadership and expertise on both strategic and tactical HR matters for the organization
- Advises and counsels employees and managers in areas such as organizational development, talent and career development, performance management, compensation, coaching, employee engagement and retention, headcount planning, recognition programs, etc.
- Interprets and implements HR policies and procedures across the organization; recommends continual improvements as needed
- Actively participates in the recruitment of talent
- Establishes credibility and trust throughout the organization and is a valuable partner and coach to the business
- Partners with employees and managers at all levels to address and resolve employee relations matters; conducts investigations as needed
- Collaborates with Compliance and Legal to deliver companywide required training
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of human resource experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Ability to influence at all levels with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience developing and executing HR processes and programs
- Experience working with HRIS systems and other HR-related platforms
- Operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Experience in a global organization a plus
- Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Salary is commensurate with experience
