What your day will look like:
- Maintain a sufficient number of installers to complete all projects on schedule.
- Place necessary advertisements to recruit and hire installers, as well as manage the termination process when needed.
- Conduct interviews, check references, handle all paperwork, and inform installers of company policies.
- Set up comprehensive training programs to ensure installer success.
- Act as a communication hub between Project Managers and the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Engage in daily communication with customers and installers to ensure customer satisfaction and proper installation of products.
- Troubleshoot issues as a company liaison between sales reps, installers, and customers, including negotiating for additional compensation when extra work is required.
- Plan and coordinate weekly production meetings with installers focused on training, troubleshooting, and motivation.
- Ensure that the Production Department operates at high levels of efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure the accuracy of measurements and orders to avoid installation errors.
- Maintain daily communication with the sales team, Production Department Director, installers, and Project Managers to ensure alignment and efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in a Foreman role, overseeing installation teams and ensuring project completion.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on installation processes.
- Proven experience in leading teams of installers, particularly in the installation of bathrooms, kitchens, and windows.
- Competency in basic math for accurate measurements, estimates, and order calculations.
- Valid driver’s license
