Position Title: IT Service Desk Specialist
Location: South Jordan UT
Pay rate: $20-21/h
We are seeking a Service Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for users needing IT support. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, accurately document issues, and resolve conflicts efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software problems in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be willing to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
