Allied Resources is seeking a Sr. Project Manager (Construction) to manage assigned projects within the portfolio and help deliver high priority projects for the Greater Raleigh market. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion for sustainable engineering and consulting solutions to the Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, and Pharmaceuticals industries. Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand client portfolio and key relationships with core clients
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed to meet regional business goals
- Ensure project performance aligns with business KPIs and communicate project progress with clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage project strategies and ensure progression with market business plan goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction area with strong project management and communications skills
- Keen focus on market understanding with ability to develop strategic relationships
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
