The Salesforce CRM Developer position will work closely with the CRM team and other departments to support business requirements, provide customized solutions using Salesforce and support the existing CRM features. This position will troubleshoot any bugs and review and implement design changes and fixes. This position will design, deploy and test solutions in Salesforce CRM to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will require strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce development. This position requires to stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices and industry trends with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Developer will focus on building and managing Salesforce CRM applications
- Implement industry best practices in using Salesforce Sales and/or Service cloud
- Perform CRM administration, configuration, maintenance and support
- Develop custom object, forms, views, reports and dashboards, flows, and custom functionality based on business needs
- Manage Salesforce roles, sharing rules, permission sets, workflows and changesets
- Support and train business users to use Salesforce solutions by documenting and designing training programs
- Build declarative solutions using lightning flow
- Participate in requirement gathering, working in different phases of development from testing to maintenance
- Manage Salesforce roles, sharing rules, permission sets and workflows
- Troubleshoot issues including debugging the flows, apex code and root-cause analysis
- Ability to propose, implement and maintain development platform with the ever-changing Salesforce landscape
- Develop and maintain community portals working on the branding, layouts and page functionalities
- Work on support tickets and ensure to meet SLAs
- Enter project tasks, timelines and update them on daily basis in JIRA or other project management software
Experience:
- Must have 5 years of strong technical skills on Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrate experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Hands on experience in Salesforce Lightning web components, Apex classes, Flows, SOQL and Visual Force
- Demonstrative knowledge of Salesforce Communities/experience cloud
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and knowledge of agile project methodologies
- Knowledge of Integration Tools and APIs
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business users daily
- Salesforce certification is a plus
- Experience working with relational databases and web applications is a plus
