Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct comprehensive research studies, from method selection to data analysis, to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to prioritize and execute research initiatives.
- Analyze research data and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, shaping product and business strategies.
Top 3 Daily Tasks:
- Meet with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and share progress.
- Design and execute studies to answer key research questions.
- Analyze data and present insights to inform product direction.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Anthropology, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
- 3-4 years of hands-on UX research experience, leading studies from planning to insight communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of human behavior and cognition as it relates to technology use.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives from research data to influence stakeholders and product design.
- Knowledge of product development processes and usability best practices
