The candidate will be familiar with our competitive advantages as an organization and will be able to communicate those to our benefit throughout the bidding process.

- Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Takeoff Experience: We prefer candidates with hands-on experience in takeoff procedures, with an emphasis on those familiar with PlanSwift takeoff software.
- Attention to Detail: This role demands a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The work involves managing complex data and ensuring precision in every aspect of the takeoff process.
- Focus and Consistency: The ideal candidate should be able to maintain prolonged focus while working on a computer. This job requires sitting for extended periods without frequent interruptions, as maintaining consistent focus is essential to avoid errors.
