Your role in our mission
- Principal manager over the Provider and Member Services.
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the provider and member customer support center operations.
- Conveys customer feedback to all areas of the operations in order to continuously improve client satisfaction.
- Manages customer support staff to ensure service level agreements for products and services are met. Schedules staff to adequately handle call volumes and other transactional processing at any point in time. Monitors progress and number of telephone calls made, etc.. Manages personnel activities of staff (i.e., hires, trains, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary, etc.).
- Manages customer support functional activities for products, and contributes to overall service profitability by efficiently using staff and systems in the customer support area. Improves quality and responsiveness of customer support staff and resources.
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 2 years of MMIS, government, or private sector healthcare payer experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skills.
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience managing a customer service department for a government or healthcare payer, including but not limited to, managing a call center, managing an enterprise web chat customer service solution, administrative or program manager experience with substantial participation in the formulation, operation, and/or evaluation of customer services programs. (additional relevant management experience may substitute for the degree

The pay range for this position is $81,000 - $115,700 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
