We’re seeking a Planning Scheduling Specialist II to work with a major Oil & Gas company located in Tioga, ND on a 1-year contract.
Responsibilities
- Build analytics for root cause failure analysis.
- Schedule preventive maintenance to meet regulatory compliance and reliability expectations.
- Review and monitor workflows, forms, and potential efficiency gains in the software programs.
- Know scope of work for safety impacts along with production impacts
- Work with internal experts and third-party vendors to enhance current technology, bolt-on other current software programs, and view new technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years prior industrial experience in Planning and/or Scheduling optimization
- Develop documentation associated with maintenance while communicating and tracking maintenance expenses.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
- Strong influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, accuracy, effectiveness, and self-confidence.
- Demonstrations of leadership and mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of Gas Plant operations a plus
- Knowledge of E-maintenance software a plus
