Agile Business Analyst
As an Agile Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role between the technical organization and the business! You will be directly involved in gathering business requirements, creating user stories, creating wireframes, and creating workflows to ensure that IT is able to deliver the products that the business needs!
This role will play an essential role in allowing the rapid rollout of excellent IT products that will help our rapidly growing company. Your proven experience as a BA in understanding business requirements and creating technical specification that allow the IT organization to create products is essential.
There is no travel required on this role. Enjoy working remote on Tuesday and Friday AND every other Wednesday!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed Jira stories and acceptance criteria
- Create wireframes and workflows to visualize project requirements and solutions
- Work with the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood
- Lead UAT - user acceptance testing
- Lead communications between IT and the Business to ensure all are on the same page
- Understand and document current business processes and seek areas for improvement
- Be a part of Sprint Planning, Reviews and retrospectives and play and active role in the dev cycles
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Business Analyst - 5+ years as a BA in a technical environment
- Agile / Scrum - proven experience
- Jira Stories, Wireframes, Workflows - Strong experience
- Great communication and organization and skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Understanding of UX design principles
- Experience working in web application dev environment
- Experience working in a cloud environment
