Required
- 2+ years of RECENT** QA / quality inspector experience in Aerospace industry
- Experience using calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator, Smart Scope, micrometers, and other quality tools
- Experienced referencing & reading blueprints
- Must be able to pass background check, drug test, and vision exam
- US Citizenship required
Work Scope/Responsibilities
Our major Aerospace client in the Miami, FL area is looking to add quality inspectors to their team to assist with a backlog of products. The quality inspector will be conduction inspection for commercial, defense, and space aircraft products from Honeywell Aerospace and other distributors. They will conduct mechanical, visual and certification verification of material features as required by the customer to ensure compliance with the Purchase Order, Customer drawing and specifications. Inspection resources will document non-conformances and submit non-conformance reports to customer personnel for disposition. Inspectors will work within the Quality Management system and will undergo basic training of the company’s policies and procedures.
