Position Title: Events Synchronization Lead

Description of Duties:
The Events Synchronization Lead supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Be responsible for the event coordination and synchronization with MDSEA test teams, government stakeholders and contract leadership for two space ground programs in MDA test events.
• Be able to provide on-site event support as needed and ensure communication feeds and video feeds are established in support of MDA Test Events.
• Report to the MDSEA leadership.
• Communicate and coordinate directly and professionally with senior government customers.
• Be responsible for managing ground operations and interacting with satellite flight operators in support of MDA test events.
• Support the requirements, design, and implementation of test and event plans.
• Coordinate, develop and manage necessary manning and contractual documents required to support test events.
• Expand technical knowledge and experience with the constant interaction with mission, developers, and government partners as the program continues.

Basic Requirements:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 14 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 10 years of general experience.
• Must have at least 9 years of experience directly related to test event coordination, satellite tests or flight operations, ground system development or test, and operations (or similar discipline).
• Must have at least 3 years of experience working in a management or leadership role.
• Must have experience building, leading, and providing event support.
• Must have experience communicating directly and professionally with senior customers.
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Requirements:
• Have experience with government satellite and/or ground systems.
• Have Information technology experience and understand basic IT concepts.
• Have experience with AF Enterprise Ground Services (EGS).
• Have experience with Telemetry, Tracking, and Control (TT&C).
• Have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
This position is expected to pay $123,000 - $148,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
