Head of Construction
My client, an industry leader in innovation in multifamily construction is looking for a Director of Construction to join their team in San Diego. Successful applicant will:
- Have 3-5 years in construction management of multifamily product (for rent/for sale)
- A complete understanding of construction assemblies. techniques, materials.
- History with factory built components a PLUS
- Ability to manage CM's on multiple projects in the San Diego MSA
- Experience building and maintaining schedules/budgets/quality deliveries
- Comfortable building relationships with various municipalities planners/inspectors
