Must Haves:
- 3+ years of sales management experience with a team of
- 5+ sales representatives (preferably across a multi-region territory)
- Experience leading a team selling into commercial/major companies
- Able to travel each quarter to meet team members and clients
- Able to manage forecasts, pipelines, marketing budgets, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and sales forecasting tools
- Bachelor's Degree

A large Value-Added Reseller is seeking a full-time Sales Director to join their team! A qualified candidate will have excellent sales skills having led a team of Account Executives for over 3 years. This individual will be responsible for leading multi-region teams of sales representatives selling to major accounts.
Compensation:
130,000 - 170,000 (Base Salary)
