Job Summary
As a Senior Automation Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software applications. You will be responsible for leading and implementing automation testing strategies, designing and executing test cases, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive automation testing strategies, frameworks, and plans.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
- Lead and coordinate test automation activities across multiple projects and teams.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure test coverage.
- Mentor and train team members on automation best practices and tools.
- Analyze test results and identify defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in test automation, with expertise in Tricentis Tosca.
- Proven ability to lead and manage test automation teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with various testing types (unit, integration, system, regression).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mobile application testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of API testing and other test automation tools.
- Experience with test data management and test environment setup.
