Roles & Responsibilities,
The Senior Digital Marketing Performance Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital marketing efforts. This position requires a deep understanding of campaign tracking, measurement, performance optimization, and multi-touch attribution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with industry-leading tools and a strong background in data aggregation and data mining.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and other data manipulation tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Google 360, Salesforce, Tableau, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data aggregation, data mining, and statistical analysis.
- Understanding of multi-touch attribution models and business rule definition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Relevant Experience ,
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing performance analysis.
- Experience in a similar industry or with large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of industry leading analytics tools.
- Certifications in relevant tools and methodologies.
Technical/Functional Skills ,
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing measurement frameworks.
- Define, implement, and manage processes for campaign measurement.
- Own the end-to-end process workflow for digital marketing analytics.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Tableau, and other industry tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize campaign strategies.
- Conduct data mining and aggregation to support in-depth analysis and reporting.
- Understand multi-touch attribution and help define appropriate business rules for attribution tracking.
- Develop a maturity roadmap for digital marketing analytics.
