About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead in Digital Marketing Programs to join our team onsite in Foster City, CA. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Google Marketing Program (GMP), Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and SEO analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to drive growth through data-driven decision-making.

GMP Roles and Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Expertise: Leverage strong experience in digital marketing, including Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads, SEO, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) analysis, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better results, developing strategies to improve ROI.
Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies, including dashboarding, to track and report on marketing performance.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Hotjar, SiteImprove, and others to enhance data analysis and user experience.
Campaign Management: Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.
Competitive Monitoring: Monitor competitors’ activities to identify new strategies that may impact business goals.
Digital Campaigns: Successfully develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various social media channels to drive growth and engagement.
SEO & PPC: Design and implement SEO and PPC strategies to increase brand visibility and website traffic.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to optimize website user experience and maximize conversions.
SEO Roles and Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand prevailing consumer behaviors and inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Analysis: Review past campaigns to identify strengths and weaknesses, providing insights for future campaigns.
SEO Optimization: Plan and perform keyword research, implement A/B testing, and optimize content to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
Retargeting Ads: Design, implement, and optimize retargeting ads using platforms like Facebook and AdWords to improve conversion rates.
Holistic Strategy: Create and execute a holistic paid acquisition strategy to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
Email Marketing: Develop email marketing strategies based on user engagement to increase revenue.
Content Management: Manage social media campaigns and optimize website content to enhance user experience and performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing or a related role, with a strong background in digital marketing and analytics.
Marketing Campaigns: Proven experience managing marketing email campaigns, with familiarity in tools like Marketo or similar marketing automation systems.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience in data-driven roles, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
