Responsibilities:
- Performance optimization of AI chips (algorithm level/ architecture level/ circuit level);
- RTL code design, optimization, and testing of AI chips (tensor/vector/risc-v core/data path);
- Design of AI chip architecture simulator (GEM5);
- Firmware analysis, porting, and optimization of AI chips;
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of relevant work experience with a strong background in computing architecture, particularly AI hardware accelerators architecture or GPU architecture.
- In-depth understanding of typical AI models and their computational memory access behavior.
- Preferred: Familiarity with advanced semiconductor processes below 12nm and a solid grasp of AI technologies.
- Proven ability to independently tackle complex challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

Annual Salary Range for jobs: $150,000- $400,000 /year (including bonus + equity + benefits), dependent on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
