Due to growth that are looking to add a Senior Preconstruction Manager to join their team.
The ideal Senior Preconstruction Manager candidate will bring significant preconstruction experience in the multifamily sector in the Florida market. This role will take a lead role on a large and long-term multifamily project in South Florida. NOTE: The right candidate can have a combination of project management and estimating experience over his/her career and will enjoy being involved in the very early stages of a project. They will also enjoy working in a well-established team in a beautiful office setting in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Requirements:
15+ years' experience in commercial construction working as either a Project Manager or Estimator
Multifamily project experience ranging from $75M-$300M.
Buyout experience is a plus but no required.
