Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Lancaster, PA, with flexibility for some remote work, for a Senior Project Manager at Shelton Associates, Inc. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for overseeing and assisting the team with meeting project milestones, budget, and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in expediting and project management
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in inspection and logistics management
- Experience in the water treatment industry is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- PMP certification is preferred
