Our client, a Broadcast TV Network, is seeking a highly organized and process-minded Temporary Project Manager to oversee an original series of promotional campaigns and brand initiatives. This person will ensure campaigns remain on schedule, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
Candidates should be experienced in A/V Asset Management. The team is responsible for producing the majority of audio-visual marketing materials for Broadcast TV Channel, including creative content for campaigns, teasers, trailers, and formatting for distribution across all channels.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Campaign Oversight:** Manage all aspects of promotional campaigns, including teasers, trailers, launches, and consumer-facing brand initiatives. Ensure that production schedules are met, budgets are adhered to, and high-quality deliverables are achieved.
- **Financial Management:** Oversee financial tracking and budget management for non-employee costs. Monitor and control project expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
- **Logistical Coordination:** Develop and refine logistical systems to enhance workflow efficiency. Lead planning meetings and create detailed post-delivery reports, including visual aids such as Gantt charts to track and communicate project progress.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Serve as the primary liaison between the creative team and other departments within the marketing and finance divisions. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to support project objectives.
- **Administrative Oversight:** Handle various administrative tasks, including onboarding and tracking non-employees, managing schedules for full-time staff, and processing vacation requests.
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Minimum of five years of network experience in promotion creative, production, and supervisory roles, with a focus on AV promotions and editorial.
- Strong understanding of broadcasting, production, and marketing terminology.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities, with a solid track record of managing budgets, schedules, and data.
- Proficient in Excel, Slack, and presentation applications such as Keynote, PowerPoint, and InDesign. Comfortable using MAC systems.
- Solid understanding of editing systems, network computer systems, and broadcast systems used to take promotional materials from concept to air.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, leadership experience, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with Monday.com and Airtable.
**Required Education:**
- Four-year college degree.
