Position Overview
As a Senior IT Portfolio Coordinator at Teton Outfitters, you'll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our diverse IT project portfolio for the iconic KLIM and 509 brands. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation for all IT projects and enhancements to align with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Lead key initiatives to ensure projects are delivered within the defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with governance standards across the IT portfolio, maintaining high standards of quality and control.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on project status, risks, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives.
- Facilitate IT change management processes, including preparing and delivering training materials in collaboration with IT colleagues and business partners.
- Support the creation, implementation, and continuous optimization of IT policies, processes, and standards that enhance security, stability, and scalability.
- Analyze existing IT workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, translating business needs into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Maintain the IT contract library, track vendor performance, and manage contract renewals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in IT project coordination, management, governance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with IT governance frameworks, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in IT contract management.
- Technical knowledge in distributed computing, enterprise security, and/or DevOps is an asset.
