Position: Assembly technician

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, repair, and test medical device components.
Perform tasks according to standardized procedures and ensure accurate documentation.
Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions effectively in both written and oral forms.
Adhere to strict safety and dress code standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Maintain accurate records for quality assurance and traceability.
Support divisional initiatives and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other regulatory requirements.
Operate and maintain hand tools and microscopes as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to use hand tools and microscopes.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
