Title: Senior Financial Systems Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (28277) / 100% Onsite

Job Description:
Talent Groups seeks a seasoned Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join an enterprise organization onsite in Ballantyne. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining financial systems, particularly Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), FDMEE, and EPBCS. We are looking for candidates who meet most of the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of development experience with Oracle Hyperion products, focusing on HFM, FDMEE, and EPBCS
- Strong experience in workflow and metadata design and management in HFM
- Experience with both on-premise and cloud-based Hyperion applications
- Solid understanding of techno-functional areas, including TB, GL, P&L statements, and Balance Sheets
- Expertise in metadata management, rules, ICPs, and VB scripting
- Proficiency in VB scripts and at least one programming or scripting language
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert, providing training, troubleshooting, and support for IT-managed software applications (HFM, EPBCS)
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or Oracle certifications)
