IT End User Support Technician (Irving and West Texas)
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a qualified IT End User Support Technician for our Irving and West Texas locations. We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of technical experience, who is customer service-oriented and can provide high-quality, timely technical support to end-users.
Responsibilities:
• Provide break-fix support for laptops, desktops, tablets, and associated hardware peripherals.
• Manage large-scale office moves and IMAC support activities.
• Offer support for Operating System issues, MS Office suite, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot imaging devices (printers, scanners, MFDs) and manage access-related issues, including smart card, password, and security concerns.
• Provide support for mobility devices (iOS/iPhones/iPads).
• Offer VIP and home-based office support as needed.
• Maintain and manage the ticket queue in the remedy system to ensure timely resolution within the defined service levels.
• Coordinate with vendors for end-user hardware maintenance and warranty repairs.
• Provide on-site IT support for events and disaster recovery activities.
• Ensure compliance with security controls, access reviews, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-call support outside business hours on a rotational basis.
