- Work closely with clients (including foundations) to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.
- Communicate project progress, address concerns, and provide regular updates.
- Apply an equity lens to project management, considering marginalized populations and inclusive facilitation.
- Understand the language of spaces and orientation to create an inclusive environment.
- Identify and address potential risks that could impact project success.
- Develop contingency plans as needed.
- Manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation.
- Facilitate team meetings and provide guidance.
- Lead strategic planning efforts, including readiness assessment, planning, and implementation.
- Work closely with boards and stakeholders.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in Higher Education: Must have worked in higher education settings, preferably with consulting experience where colleges or their foundations are the clients.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting roles specifically for foundations.

- Experience working with and supporting marginalized groups.
