Do you have a passion for operating a commercial Trash truck and curiosity about working with heavy equipment? We are currently seeking a Custodial Trash Truck Cast Member to work at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground! In this role, we perform heavy duty industrial cleaning using specialized equipment such as pressure washers, leaf blowers, sweeper trucks, pickup trucks, box trucks, forklifts, rider vacuum cleaners/pressure washers and lifts. Daily tasks may include checking all equipment for functionality at the beginning and ending of shifts, removing debris from waterways, manually lifting bags of trash into the back of the Trash truck, scrubbing exterior walls of buildings, cleaning high reach windows, recycling, and cleaning hazardous spills across property.
This role is Part-Time and requires full availability for any shift, any (3) days per week, including nights and holidays. Part-Time Cast Members will work between 0 hour to 24 hours per week.
The pay rate for this role in Florida is $21.50 per hour.

Basic Qualifications :
Be at least 18 years of ageMust be certified with a Florida driver license Commercial (CDL A or B)Strong communication skills (including written and spoken English, and people skills) to positively talk with Guests, Cast Members, and leadershipBe able to comprehend English chemical labelsPhysical role requiring heavy lifting, walking, pushing, pulling, bending twisting, repetitive movements, and kneeling

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
