What You Need:
- Associates Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor’s degree preferred4+ years of experience in automation, including PLC, HMI, and robotic systems (Fanuc preferred)Proficiency in servo systems, vision systems, and GD&T
- Experience in equipment layout design, process analysis, and troubleshooting
- Automotive experience highly preferred*

What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Robotics/Controls Engineer will provide critical engineering support for the integration of advanced robotic systems and automation technologies, focusing on precision production within our expanded operations. Your expertise will be key to optimizing our new processes and ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge automation.
- Design, program, and troubleshoot automation systems, including 6-axis robotics.
- Integrate and troubleshoot vision systems to enhance automation and quality control.
- Lead process improvements to reduce cycle time and enhance quality.
- Manage the installation of new capital equipment and ensure production readiness.
- Design and troubleshoot PLC and automated equipment, focusing on robotics.
- Provide technical guidance to the manufacturing team, resolving automation and control system issues.
- Utilize statistical data to drive process improvements in automation systems.
- Support project administration for process changes, new product introductions, and equipment installations.
