IT Operations Manager
Onsite 2-3 days per week in Downtown Los Angeles
Pay range and compensation package: $170k - $200k and excellent benefits
About the Company: An industry-leading company in the legal and professional services industry is currently searching for a seasoned IT operations manager to join the team. Responsibilities:
- The IT Operations Manager will oversee a team of 10 Engineers and Administrators tasked with managing Networking/Systems & Business Applications in a Microsoft environment.
- The ideal candidate will be able to show an effective leadership approach, using 80-90% of their time to guide the team strategically and 10-20% offering hands-on support when necessary.
- The role requires proficiency in working with Cisco Routers and Switches, Palo Alto Firewalls, and various SMB, NFS, DFS storage solutions like NetApp.
- A comprehensive understanding of VOIP Telephony systems like RingCentral and MS Teams is also required.
- The candidate must be experienced in managing iManage Work 10, Microsoft Exchange Online, Office 365, Power Platform, Fabric, Dynamics, and Azure Information Protection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Azure and Entra ID, Windows operating systems and cloud collaboration technologies is essential.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of managing IT operations in legal or professional services industry (Legal industry preferred).
- Proficient in managing Microsoft Infrastructure.
- Demonstrated expertise in leadership and team building.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a relevant field.
- ITIL, PMP, or similar certification will be an added advantage.
