Job Title: X++ Developer with Agile Experience

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable X++ Developer who can quickly grasp new concepts and technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to take on tasks with minimal oversight, understand the development strategy, and execute efficiently. This role involves working within an Agile framework, contributing to strategy development, and handling Git Source Control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions using X++ within a dynamic and collaborative Agile environment.
- Quickly adapt to new technologies and philosophies, taking ownership of tasks and delivering quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to strategy development and implementation.
- Utilize Git Source Control for version management, with an understanding that a quick ramp-up on this tool may be required.
- Engage onsite for the first 4 weeks to integrate with the team, understand the environment, and align with the company culture, followed by remote work with occasional onsite visits as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an X++ Developer, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile development environment.
- Basic knowledge of Git Source Control or a demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
