Our client is a leading maker of Mobile RF Front End ICs, Filters, and Modules.
They have an R&D Group that focuses on optimizing Fab processes for their designs.
We need an R&D Process Integration Engineer focused on RF/MEMS Filter and Resonator Technology.
- We need someone who is hands-on in cleanroom and characterization lab work as well as strong in semiconductor or MEMS processing and can take device idea from initial process conception through high volume manufacturing. RF or MEMS Filter/Resonator experience is highly preferred.
- Will have experience in areas of process including film deposition, photolithography, etch, wafer bond, and/or wet processing and understand BEOL processes including metallization, plating, RDL, and/or Cu Pillar Process.
- Must have excellent people skills and be able to manage projects and coordinate with development and manufacturing engineers.
