Leading Retailer is seeking a (Sr) Director of Enterprise Architecture to assist in setting up their Enterprise Architecture function. Individual will play a crucial role in shaping and guiding the technology strategy that aligns with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap that supports the company's business strategy.
- Collaborate with senior executives to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the architecture remains cutting-edge.
- Lead the design of complex, scalable, and secure enterprise systems that integrate with existing technology infrastructure.
- Oversee the development and implementation of architectural standards, guidelines, and principles.
- Work closely with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure the successful execution of technology projects.
- Hands on leader fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years manaing a team
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations and digital initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Broad knowledge across web standards, ITIL, ERP, Supply Chain systems, Marketing systems, SaaS, Cloud infrastructure Relevant Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Engineering certifications desired (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
