- The Manager will be part of delivery helping with demos/functional workshops, lead architecture and design, develop roadmaps, advise customers on overall enterprise architecture, and have a business development expectation.
- The workshop/demo aspect is very important for this role. The team is looking for individuals with public speaking/client facing experience, providing thought leadership. If they do not have experience conducting workshops/demos, the team will pass.
- Ideal candidate: Technical depth and aptitude to drive conversations. Where MSFT is going, conduct speaking engagements (webinars, panels, workshops/demos). Really understands the customers.
- Technical Depth – must be well versed and knowledgeable on Microsoft Entra/Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, on-prem, and infrastructure.
- Lead and Drive Engagements teams: They should have experience leading and supervising engagement teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers.
- Travel: Limited travel – up to 30%, but may vary.
- Keywords: Entra OR EntraID, AD on prem, Azure AD – (Former name for Entra ID), Windows Hello – capability of product suite, Intune deployments, SSO, multifactor authentication (MFA)
- Key Requirements
- 5+ years of Microsoft Identity experience, preferably all in consulting.
- Must have strong client facing and public speaking experience.
- Strongly preferred/Required Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert , Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
