Role Description
The Project Manager is accountable for the delivery of Information/Cyber Security projects. The ideal candidate has a track record of successfully implementing complex technical projects across multiple cross-functional disciplines utilizing project management methodologies and change management best practices. This person must be comfortable with facilitation of group discussions, management presentations, and have a working knowledge of and a vocabulary for technology.
This position is highly cross-functional and will interact with executives and numerous management personnel while managing cross-functional project teams of as many as 20 people.
Accountabilities:
50% - Manage one large or multiple small/medium projects. Ensure the on-time delivery of all project phases. Surface issues clearly and immediately to management and document their resolution.
50% - Ensure resources are properly allocated and committed to projects. Ensure deployments are fully managed from implementation planning through execution and post-deployment validation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create, track, and status projects including: milestones, schedules, scope, resource plans, action items, issues, and cross functional dependencies
· Ability to closely track and monitor finances to deliver project on or under budget; develop total cost of ownership and forecasted/monthly budgets for enterprise projects.
· Uses software development skills to successfully implement small, medium or large-sized custom build projects from inception to transition while staying within budgetary guidelines.
· Works well one-on-one or in a project team to influence decisions and assist group to come to consensus.
· Detail-oriented use of project tracking tools and administration.
· Acts appropriately according to defined process and procedures to resolve conflict.
· Participates actively on project teams; identifies and seeks help to ensure that teamwork is encouraged.
· Skilled at scheduling team resources and managing team issues without direct reporting authority.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
