This position is a Techno-Functional role and requires customizing and supporting D365 F&O therefore requires experience with X++
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expertise in X++ development, customization, and extensions within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through the effective use of Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Conduct testing, training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 F&O and X++ to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O and X++.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- X++ Development: At least 3 years of experience with X++ development, including customizing forms, reports, workflows, and business logic.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O solutions across multiple modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR).
- Strong understanding of financial and operational processes in various industries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other systems using APIs, data entities, and middleware is a plus.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or X++ are highly desirable.
