- Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team.
- Interact with the customer to understand the requirements and propose and implement solutions using Teamcenter.
- Architect , Work and guide the team to implement the solution.
- Design and lead the development of different modules and other release processes.
- Check the feasibility of integration of upgraded system with downstream systems and enable the same.
- Guide the team in Teamcenter Installation.
- Lead the team to execute Customization and Troubleshooting in Teamcenter.
- Work closely with customer to understand the requirement.
- Work on the required technical documentation as per the standard.
- Lead and Manage code configuration.
- Guide the team to perform unit testing --- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Must be self-motivated and pro-active.
- Flexibility to respond to day-to-day changes ? Need to show constant dynamism and be able to manage pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a team and individually.
- Organizational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines.
